What we collect, and why
When you send a message through this website: your name, phone number, email address if you give it, your village or area if you give it, what your message is about, and your message. We use it to reply to you.
When you send a partnership enquiry: your name, organisation, role if you give it, email address, phone number if you give it, the ways you could contribute, and your message. We use it to reply and to talk about working together.
When you call or write to us: your name, contact details and what you tell us, so that we can help and keep a record of the conversation.
When we assess a household for help: information about income, living conditions, how urgent the need is, disability-related barriers, dependants and any support the household already receives. We collect this only with the household’s agreement, to decide fairly whether and how we can help, and we keep records of the help we give so that our work can be checked.
Giving us information is voluntary. If you do not give us a phone number or an email address, we cannot reply to you.
